We are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager for our Itasca, IL location. This a great opportunity to apply your QA skills and work with a growing and exciting company.  

What you will do:

• Oversee the internal quality assurance system.
• Evaluate and supervise the inspection of printed circuit boards for quality and specification variances.
• Determine disposition of inspection work and perform verification as required.
• Schedule and distribute inspection work done by full and part-time inspectors.
• Communicates product quality variances to management as appropriate.
• Manages the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process

Requirements:

• Provide highly professional, passionate and proactive Quality Management  and apply:
  • You have a history of working with customers and factories on QA processes
  • Excellent communication skills a must as you will pick up the phone and communicate with team members and customers
  • Have a structured and independent way of thinking.
  • Printed Circuit Board industry knowledge  required
  • Show self-initiative and an openness to share new ideas
  • Ability to work in an open-office environment
  • Strong attention to detail
