Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller

Calling all Senior Accountants/Assistant Controllers! Do you enjoy all things accounting from invoicing, to cash postings to managing account reconciliations? Then come join us as we are looking for a Senior Accountant Accountant/Assistant Controller to join our team in our Hampstead, NH office.

 

What you will do:

  • Process invoices, cash posting and customer reconciliation, not limited to credit memos and adjustments
  • Daily reconciliation of shipping
  • Gathers credit background information on new customers
  • Play an integral role  with month end close
  • Oversee posting of  invoices 
  • Have a strong history or working with your peers to resolve issues with customers
  • Communicate clearly with peers and customers on proper invoicing
  • History of A/P and A/R processes
  • Contract review
  • Process payroll

Requirements:

  • Associates degree ( A.A./A.S) from a two year college or technical school.  At least (5) five years of related experience. 
  • Strong history of  required skills
  • Financial Statement analysis history
  • Reconciliation experience
  • Audit/tax experience
  • Management experience
