Field Applications Engineer /Technical sales

NCAB Group Benelux is looking for a Field Applications Engineer (f/m/d) in Tiel to join our team. This fulltime position is in a pleasant and versatile workplace. WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

This is a position for an engineer or a technician by hart enjoying to work closely with customers and visit them on site. As Field Applications Engineer you will:

• Travel to customers and develop new business by providing solutions to improve product manufacturability and reliability
• Attend customer design review meetings and provide technical design and product support for customers (EMS/CMs companies, OEMs or ODMs)
• Understand the company specific factory capabilities and design solutions for prospective customers
• Provide technical guidance or engineering support (incl. Gerber files review)
• Be able to read and understand customer drawings and data using available software and ensuring the right opportunities are placed in the right factories
• Answer engineering questions from manufacturing such as design tolerances, drawing notes and material selection
• Work within the guidelines provided by the ISO system and routines
• Drive technical seminars for customers or trade organizations
• Project management

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are a team player with service and sales-oriented thinking with good communication skills
• You are accurate and reliable and have a proactive work ethic
• You might have a first experience in a technical and/or sales role
• You have an Bachelor degree or similar in engineering (Electronics/Mechanical)
• You speak both Dutch and English
